    Yes, we provide services 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Holiday services incur a small additional fee as noted in our pricing section.

    Services & Care

    Our primary Overnight service is $125 per night for a flexible 12-hour stay in your home, giving your pets comfort, companionship, and care in the environment they're used to. We also offer 'Almost' Overnight Care at $155 per night, which includes a two-hour evening visit and a one-hour morning visit in your home. Additional charges may apply for holidays. Private Boarding, where your pet stays in a sitter's home, is also available at $125 per night. Additional pets may incur extra charges, and you can add midday visits starting at $33 each.     During a pet sitting visit, we provide fresh food and water, clean litter boxes for cats, administer any required medications, provide playtime and exercise, and give lots of love and attention. We also send you updates with photos or videos of your pets.
    Yes, we have experience caring for pets with various special needs and medical conditions. We can administer medications, follow specific diets or routines, and provide extra attentive care for senior pets or those with health issues.
    We understand that plans change. For regular services, we request 24 hours notice for cancellations. For holiday bookings, we require 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a partial fee.
    We offer 30-minute, 45-minute, and 60-minute dog walking sessions. The appropriate length depends on your dog's age, health, energy level, and exercise needs, which we can discuss during our initial consultation.
    Our 'Almost' Overnight Care includes an evening visit (typically between 7-9 PM) to feed, play with, and settle your pets for the night, followed by a morning visit (typically between 7-9 AM) for breakfast and morning care routines. This allows your pets to stay in their familiar home environment overnight.

    Booking & Payment

    Yes. Major holidays (New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve) have a holiday surcharge, and holiday bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The full surcharge is paid directly to your pet care specialist. Holiday cancellations follow a tiered policy, so we recommend reviewing our holiday pricing page before confirming.
    For regular services, we recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance. For holiday periods or peak vacation times, we suggest booking 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
    Yes, we require an initial meet and greet at your home for all new clients. This allows us to meet your pets, familiarize ourselves with your home, and gather important information about your pets' care needs.
    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is typically required at the time of booking for new clients, and we offer subscription billing options for regular clients.
    Refunds are available for cancellations made with appropriate notice as outlined in our cancellation policy. The refund amount may depend on how much notice was provided.
    We'd be happy to provide references from current clients upon request during our initial consultation. We value client privacy, so we obtain permission before sharing contact information.

    Emergency & Special Situations

    In case of a pet emergency, we will contact you immediately. If you're unreachable, we'll contact your designated emergency contact and/or take your pet to the veterinarian you've specified in your care instructions.
    Yes, our team is experienced in administering various medications including pills, liquids, injections, ear medications, eye drops, and subcutaneous fluids. We follow your specific instructions for medication administration.
    We require detailed pet care instructions, veterinary information, your contact information, an emergency contact, home access details, and any special considerations for your pets or home.
    We typically use a client-provided house key which we keep secure in a locked key safe when not in use. We also accommodate keypad entry codes, garage door openers, or lockboxes, based on your preference.
    Yes, we offer pet transportation services including to veterinary appointments. In emergencies, we can transport your pet to their regular veterinarian or an emergency clinic if necessary.
